Monica Nelson Howard advises clients in the areas of estate planning, probate and estate administration, business planning and formation, taxation, family law and civil and commercial litigation.
Monica is Of Counsel to the firm of Hillyard, Anderson & Olsen. She received her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in 2003, magna cum laude, and her law degree from Brigham Young University in 2007, summa cum laude. While in law school, Monica was a member of the BYU Law Review. She was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2007 and is licensed to practice before state and federal courts in Utah.
Prior to attending law school, Monica worked as an analyst for Goldman, Sachs & Co.
