Jonathan M. Nash advises clients in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, business law, employment law, family law, and personal injury.

Jonathan is an associate with the firm of Hillyard, Anderson & Olsen. Prior to joining Hillyard, Anderson & Olsen, Jonathan served as a judicial clerk to Judge Thomas L. Willmore, Judge Clint S. Judkins, Judge Kevin K. Allen and Judge Ben H. Hadfield of the First Judicial District Court of Utah.

Jonathan received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, Idaho in 2004 and his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2007, cum laude. While in law school, Jonathan was a member and editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law. Jonathan was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2007 and is licensed to practice before state and federal courts in Utah. He is also a member of the Cache County Bar Association and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
