Dale Siler advises clients in the areas of business law, estate planning, tax law, civil and commercial litigation and real estate.

Dale has practiced law for over 30 years. Dale received his bachelor’s degree from Utah State University in 1971, his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Utah State University in 1972 and his law degree from Golden Gate University in 1975. Dale was originally admitted to practice law in California in 1975, where he served as Tax Counsel for the Bank of America at its world headquarters in San Francisco. Dale is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Utah and California, as well as before the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C. Dale has also served as the President of the Cache County Bar Association, and as a member of the American Bar Association and Utah State Bar Sections on Tax and Business Law. In addition to working with small business clients and personal estate planning, Dale has also successfully represented clients in multi-million dollar real estate transactions. Dale has represented clients throughout the western United States.

Dale has also been a frequent lecturer for various universities and professional real estate, accounting, bar associations, where he has taught and presented materials on tax, business law, real estate and estate planning matters. Since 1979, Dale has taught graduate tax and advanced business law courses at Utah State University and in 2008, he was named the 2008 Teacher of the Year by the USU School of Accounting. In 2008, he was also recognized by the Cache Chamber of Commerce as the 2008 Small Business Champion of the Year.

Dale is actively involved in community service programs and has served in board and other leadership positions with the Boy Scouts of America, the Utah Festival Opera Company, Boys and Girls Club of Cache Valley, and Sportsmen for Fish and Wildlife.
