Brian is a shareholder with the firm and has been practicing law for over 12 years. Brian provides a full range of legal services to his clients including estate planning (Wills & Trusts & Probate), business law (Contracts & Corporations & LLCs), guardianship matters, real estate transactions, land use, water law, adoption law, personal injury and civil litigation. Brian enjoys working with clients to help them resolve some of the toughest life challenges and properly plan for the future.

Brian is also very active in the community. He has served as Chairman of the North Logan City Planning Commission and presently serves as the Appeal Authority, handling appeals from the land use decisions for many local municipalities. Brian has served as President of the Cache County Bar Association and as President of the Estate Planning Council of Northern Utah. Brian has also served on the Board of Directors for the Utah Festival Opera Company. Currently, Brian is also working with the Bridgerland Applied Technology Foundation, Logan Downtown Alliance and Willow Park Zoo Board.

Brian received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Utah State University in 1993, magna cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1996, cum laude. Brian was admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Utah in 1996. Brian is a present member of the Cache County Bar Association and Utah State Bar.

Brian also speaks Japanese.
